Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across diverse U.S. law subjects.
• Perform in‑depth legal research to ensure up‑to‑date and accurate information.
• Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials as part of quality assurance.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all submissions.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Current or prior experience at a top‑tier U.S. law firm, exposure to multiple practice areas.
• Proven ability in legal analysis, research, and drafting across varied subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience with quality‑assurance or rubric‑based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
