About the role

We are seeking an experienced BigLaw attorney to serve as an AI Trainer, helping shape the next generation of legal AI tools. This remote contract position involves deep legal analysis, research, and content review to ensure AI outputs meet the highest professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a variety of U.S. law topics and provide nuanced guidance.
• Perform in‑depth legal research to support project objectives and maintain up‑to‑date information.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices, delivering structured feedback.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and resolve complex legal scenarios.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Current or prior experience at a top‑tier U.S. law firm, exposing you to varied practice areas.
