About the role

Marriott International invites recent university graduates to join the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program in Finance, based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This full‑time, paid 12‑18 month program combines hands‑on hotel finance assignments with a leadership‑focused curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in real‑world finance projects across hotel operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on process‑improvement initiatives.
• Deliver a Voyage project that proposes innovative financial solutions.
• Engage in mini‑rotations to understand other hotel functions such as revenue management and rooms operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Tbilisi for the duration of the program.
