Chief Financial Officer

About the role

York Holding Group, a real‑estate development and investment firm operating across Georgia and the GCC, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to shape its investment strategy and drive the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee long‑term financial strategy, cash‑flow management, liquidity planning and funding requirements.
• Define investment direction, selecting markets, projects and capital deployment based on rigorous evidence.
• Lead capital raising and structuring across debt, equity and project finance.
• Conduct commercial appraisal of developments, acquisitions and new business lines.
• Improve margin, cost efficiency and operational performance across the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Manage group reporting, treasury, tax compliance and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience in real‑estate, development, investment or holding structures.
• Proven track record shaping growth and investment decisions, not just executing them.
• Extensive experience in capital raising, financing and deal structuring.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment appraisal and commercial analysis.
• Experience managing multi‑jurisdictional finance, treasury, tax, reporting and controls.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen instinct for value creation and risk mitigation.
• Fluent English.
