Corporate Risk Manager

About the role

The Corporate Risk Manager will join the Corporate and Investment Credit Risk Management Department to analyse and manage credit risk for corporate clients. You will evaluate credit projects, assess financial stability of companies and support the overall credit portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the review and processing of corporate business credit projects.
• Analyse the business and financial condition of companies.
• Take part in Credit Committee meetings and contribute to decision‑making.
• Assess and analyse credit risks for reviewed projects and prepare conclusions.
• Manage the credit portfolio, including monitoring and analysis of existing borrowers.
• Analyse financial statements and key ratios.
• Communicate with the National Bank of Georgia, providing required information.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• 1‑2 years of experience in credit analysis or credit risk management.
• Experience in corporate finance management and analysis.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
