Team Lead for Frontend Web App Team

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Team Lead to head our Frontend Web Application team. You will mentor engineers and QA specialists, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, performant, and scalable web applications and CMS solutions within a monorepo environment. The role offers a hybrid work model, balancing remote work with collaboration in our modern offices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal Engineer and Solution Architect to maintain technical quality, design integrity, and robust implementation across frontend, backend, and CMS components.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on ReactJS, Node.js (NestJS), PHP (Laravel), testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in design discussions, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with architectural standards.
• Oversee code quality, enforce coding standards, and foster a culture of peer reviews.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, unblocking the team as needed.
• Directly manage all technical team members, conduct 1:1s, set goals, and lead performance reviews.
