HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

About the role

iSpace, the official Apple Premium Partner in Georgia, seeks a driven HR Specialist to lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes. You will work closely with department managers and cross‑functional teams to attract and integrate top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify future hiring needs, develop job descriptions and candidate specifications.
• Source candidates via databases, job portals, social media and networking events; screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Organize phone and in‑person interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and keep candidates informed.
• Prepare and publish job postings on relevant platforms and maintain vacancy data in CRM and ATS systems.
• Lead onboarding activities, conduct orientation sessions and support new hires through the probation period.

Required profile

• Higher education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in HR recruitment; retail sector experience is a strong advantage.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality, high responsibility and results‑orientation.
