Support Manager – Shared Service Center

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Support Manager to lead its Shared Service Center in Georgia. You will own the experience and satisfaction of customers, restaurant partners and couriers, working closely with the Head of Support to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of customer and partner experience and satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and execute improvements to the service proposition.
• Guide, coach and develop Support Leads and their teams.
• Implement new procedures, gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Analyze touchpoints, identify patterns in requests and optimise workforce management.
• Collaborate with Content, Training and Quality teams to develop processes and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer experience or support operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Independent, customer‑oriented and relationship‑focused.
• Ability to take ownership beyond the obvious and drive results.
