Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Exely is a global IT company serving the hotel industry. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in Tbilisi to onboard, train, and support hoteliers using our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Teach clients how to use the Exely platform.
• Provide support via calls and emails in Georgian, English and Russian, clarifying reports and guiding product use.
• Handle client feedback and forward technical issues to the second‑line support team.
• Verify product functionality on the client side and deliver recommendations for correct operation.

Required profile

• Based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Georgian, English and Russian.
• Available Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM (GMT+4).
• At least 1 year of experience in IT customer service or a call centre.
• Experience in hospitality or technology for hoteliers is a plus.
• Customer‑centric attitude, high EQ and stress resistance.
• Comfortable using CRM and computer software.
• Familiar with ticket/help‑desk systems such as Zendesk, Omnidesk or Jira.
