Sr. Full Stack Developer

About the role

Air Lines' Innovation team is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and deliver AI‑enabled solutions that improve the customer experience and streamline global operations. You will work on large‑scale, real‑world problems, building proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes that showcase new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and cross‑division partners to identify business problems suitable for artificial intelligence.
• Define and drive the technology strategy for frameworks, tools, and infrastructure used in pilots and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications and APIs using modern web technologies.
• Build and demonstrate prototypes that can be adopted by various business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional IT experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong self‑motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology.

Required skills

• Java.Net, Python and related frameworks (e.g., Springboot).
• Web technologies: JQuery, AngularJS, Swagger.
• Relational databases: Oracle/UDB, MS SQL.
• Operating systems: Linux/Unix, Windows OS, Shell scripting.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure.
• Version control and DevOps: GIT, CI/CD pipelines, TDD, test automation.
• Experience with AI/GenAI tools.
• Agile development practices.
