Solution Engineer – Customer Success & Technical Integration

About the role

Intetics Inc. is looking for a Solution Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers and our platform. You will ensure customer success through expert guidance, smooth onboarding, and ongoing support, helping clients extract maximum value from our SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, translating needs into clear technical solutions.
• Onboard new customers by configuring accounts, setting up data connections, and validating that implementations meet business goals.
• Expand and reconfigure existing setups as requirements evolve, adding data sources, use cases, users, or capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales to turn customer requirements into technical configurations and conduct discovery sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, work with engineering teams to resolve them, and document solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Customer‑first mindset and passion for helping clients succeed.
