General Manager (Mining)

About the role

GoMining's Mining division sits at the core of its portfolio, covering digital miners, upgrades, maintenance, a secondary marketplace and the GOMINING token. It currently has a product manager but no one owns the business end to end; this role is that owner. You will run Mining as your own business within GoMining, reporting straight to the founder, with a small dedicated engineering team and direct access to legal, finance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business: revenue, LTV, user growth and retention, and the unit economics of miners, upgrades, maintenance and marketplace fees
• Build and own the product and business strategy, and find new growth levers such as pricing, bundles and ecosystem links
• Own the Mining roadmap and priorities, and turn strategy into a plan the team can execute
• Work hands-on with product: user research, analytics, funnels and experiments, defining requirements with the tech lead and managing the full product lifecycle
• Lead a small team of a tech lead, 2-3 software engineers and 1-2 QA engineers, and own scope, timelines, quality and releases
• Drive go-to-market with marketing for every launch

Required profile

• 6+ years in product management, including 2-3 years owning a product or business line end to end
• Experience as a CPO, Head of Product, GM or founding product lead, ideally at a startup or scale-up
• Track record of growing revenue, LTV and user base with real numbers
• Background in crypto, Web3 or fintech products (crypto strongly preferred)
• Strong English (B2+) and fluent Russian

• Leading engineering teams and influencing legal, finance and compliance
