About the role

The Bank of Georgia is looking for a motivated SOLO Lounge Assistant to join its boutique lounge in Kutaisi. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in the banking sector while providing premium service to exclusive customers.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with SOLO lounge processes and non‑banking product offerings.
• Provide consultancy and premium‑quality service to SOLO customers.
• Monitor the lounge interior and inventory on a daily basis.
• Assist in the sale of exclusive boutique items.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, final‑year student or early‑career professional.
• Active, with strong communication and sales abilities.
• Interest in meeting new people and learning about the banking sector.
• Minimum 6 months experience in service, banking or sales (preferred).
• Higher education is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (required).
• Basic knowledge of Russian (preferred).

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Mon‑Fri 10:00‑18:00, Sat 10:00‑14:00.
• Fixed salary of 1 180 GEL plus a performance‑based monthly bonus.
