Junior Partner Account Manager – Spanish, English, Russian

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager who will support our Content Sufficiency team, ensuring partner performance and content quality across our social discovery platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to drive efficiency and cost optimisation, and the role is fully remote, requiring fluency in Spanish, Russian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control.
• Analyse statistics, reports and partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex and non‑standard requests.
• Contribute to the improvement of partner‑related processes, tools and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (C1+) and English (B1+).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partners and contractors.
• Experience working with claims and partner management.
• Strong ability to work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Advanced user of Google Workspace.
