About the role
The Bank of Georgia is looking for a motivated SOLO Lounge Assistant to join its premium lounge in Batumi. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or students eager to start a career in banking and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and support daily processes of the SOLO lounge and its non‑bank products.
- Provide premium consultation and service to SOLO customers.
- Monitor the lounge interior and inventory, ensuring a high‑standard environment.
- Assist in the sale of exclusive boutique items within the lounge.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or student beginning a professional career.
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with a willingness to help new people.
- Basic knowledge of the banking sector is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English (required).
- Verbal Russian skills (desired).
What we offer
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 10:00‑18:00, Saturday 10:00‑14:00.
- Fixed monthly salary of 1,180 GEL plus performance‑based bonus.
