Business Development Manager

About the role

Exely, a global IT company serving the hotel industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of its online solutions. The role involves end‑to‑end sales, from prospecting hoteliers to closing contracts, with most of the time spent in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new hotel clients, aiming for at least 5 new customers per month after training.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and presentations in hotel territories (≈80% of work).
• Generate leads through cold calls, cold visits, events and collaboration with marketing.
• Manage incoming leads, convert them into customers and maintain relationships.
• Perform market research and report activities in the Bitrix CRM.
• Travel frequently for client visits and business trips.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable with cold calling.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving ability.
• Based in Tbilisi and able to work from the office.
• Native Georgian speaker with advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in TravelTech SaaS products is a plus.
