Social Media Manager

About the role

Digital Industry Academy (ADI) is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join its team as a mentor. You will share your practical knowledge with students, helping them develop strategic thinking, creativity and confidence in managing social media platforms professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver knowledge sharing and mentorship to students both online and in‑person.
• Conduct workshops following a detailed syllabus that includes active discussions and project‑based learning.
• Create a practical teaching model based on real case studies from your own experience.
• Support and motivate students throughout the learning process.
• Foster an engaging, positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and incorporate the latest approaches into teaching.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience managing social media or digital marketing for brands, agencies or as a freelancer.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and algorithms.
• Interest in teaching and ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences.
• Organisational and time‑management skills.
• Mentoring or teaching experience is a plus (not mandatory).
• Fluent spoken Georgian.
