Growth Marketer

About the role

Growth Hunters is seeking a motivated Senior Growth Marketer to lead and scale existing projects while creating new services. The role involves driving growth strategies for partner companies and overseeing campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities for partner companies and develop growth strategies.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns together with the team.
• Develop and deliver services aligned with the agency’s methodology.
• Onboard projects, delegate tasks and provide oversight.
• Identify and discuss any issues or concerns that arise during a project.
• Prepare and present proposals to new partners.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience managing marketing projects, working in creative agencies, or brand management.
• Experience prompting LLMs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle a multi‑project environment.
• Teamwork and leadership abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
