CRM Automation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Automation Manager to design and optimise automated communication journeys across the full customer lifecycle. You will work with email, push, SMS and in‑app channels to deliver timely, relevant messages that drive conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise automated flows from registration through churn prevention and re‑activation.
• Develop onboarding and welcome journeys across multiple channels.
• Create and manage re‑activation campaigns for different lifecycle stages.
• Run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates and re‑activation performance.
• Analyse campaign results, build dashboards and automate reporting.
• Extract insights from customer behaviour to generate growth hypotheses and improve CRM performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in CRM or marketing automation.
• Hands‑on experience with trigger‑based lifecycle campaigns such as welcome flows, deposit conversion, churn prevention and re‑activation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools.
• Ability to collaborate with product, analytics, content and design teams.
