Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into reliable, intuitive software that spans the entire rental lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, designers and property‑manager users to identify high‑impact problems and define product requirements.
• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features—including customer‑facing UI, operational dashboards, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows.
• Build and maintain event‑driven integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Own the full product lifecycle from prototype through testing, deployment and production monitoring.
• Measure usage and performance, iterating based on feedback to improve efficiency and user outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering production software across frontend and backend.
• Comfort working directly with customers, designers and founders in a fast‑moving environment.
• Product mindset with curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and ship quickly.
