Senior Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Content Manager to own and grow GoMining’s social media presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Telegram. The role combines content strategy, production, distribution, community management and growth, with a focus on turning audiences into registered and paying users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt platform‑specific content strategies, create original short‑form videos, graphics, threads and repurpose product updates for social channels.
• Own the content calendar, react quickly to trends, and ensure a consistent brand voice while measuring reach, engagement, traffic, registrations and revenue.
• Set up tracking with UTMs and analytics, analyse performance, test new formats and scale KOL/influencer collaborations.
• Monitor community sentiment, manage moderation, support crisis communication and ensure compliance with financial and crypto regulations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on social media and content management experience, with proven growth on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn or Telegram.
• Demonstrated ability to convert social audiences into registered or paying users for large‑scale B2C digital or crypto products.
• Near‑native English writing and editing skills, and experience working with crypto‑native and mainstream audiences.

• Social media analytics, attribution and UTM tracking.
• Management of KOL and influencer collaborations.
• Use of AI tools for content creation, research and workflow automation.
