Sales Manager

About the role

Shuffle Boar, Tbilisi’s premier shuffleboard venue, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead commercial growth. You will be responsible for expanding B2B and B2C revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless delivery of corporate events and tournaments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, offers, partnerships, and events.
• Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities, including corporate event packages and partnership agreements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners and clients.
• Prepare and deliver B2B proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure successful delivery of corporate events and bookings.
• Oversee B2C sales initiatives and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement actions to achieve targets.
• Provide regular sales and revenue reports to the founders.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, event management, marketing/advertising, or a similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and driving sales.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Strong business development, networking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
