RN MedSurg – Full Time Nights

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in MedSurg will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care during night shifts. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for medical‑surgical patients, ensuring safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions throughout the night.
• Assist with care planning and deliver safe, effective interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and staff.
• Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and share ideas to enhance care quality.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact) and BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork abilities.
