RN Critical Care - Full Time - Nights

About the role

This full‑time night‑shift position provides compassionate, skilled patient care within a dynamic, multi‑facility support team. The role is focused on delivering high‑quality nursing care under RN supervision while contributing to positive patient outcomes across diverse acute‑care units.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care, including assessments, procedures, and interventions, under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless treatment and promptly communicate changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families on self‑care, safety practices, and proactively report safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in team huddles to support effective communication.
• Engage in ongoing training, professional development, and contribute to team projects for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN licensure in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 3 + years recent experience in medical‑surgical or acute‑care nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities, organized, clear communicator, and able to remain calm under pressure.
