Anesthesiologist – 155‑bed Teaching Hospital, $500k Base Salary

About the role

Join a 155‑bed community‑based teaching hospital as an anesthesiologist. You will provide anesthesia care across a broad case mix, including a high volume of robotic surgeries, while supervising an Anesthesia Care Team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia services for routine and robotic procedures.
• Supervise and mentor the Anesthesia Care Team (80‑90% supervision).
• Participate in a 1:8 call rotation with weeknight calls, optional home call, and no weekend call.
• Contribute to teaching activities within the community‑based hospital setting.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible anesthesiologist.
• Open to new graduates; residency stipend available.
• Willingness to work the specified call schedule and supervise staff.

Required skills

• Robotic surgery anesthesia.
• Anesthesia equipment operation and monitoring.
• Team supervision and communication.
