About the role

The Regional Recruitment and Talent Management Specialist will lead the full recruitment cycle across Georgia’s regions for Tegeta Holding. This role involves managing job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating selection processes, and supporting onboarding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for regional positions.
• Publish vacancies on multiple platforms and, when needed, internally across the holding.
• Maintain ongoing communication with educational institutions to attract suitable candidates.
• Represent the company at employment fairs and forums.
• Define recruitment stages in agreement with hiring managers and schedule the process.
• Perform initial screening of electronic CVs and forward shortlisted candidates.
• Organise and conduct testing phases within the selection process.
• Prepare and deliver job offers to selected candidates.
• Collect required documentation from hired candidates and forward it to the HR administration team.
• Produce vacancy reports and coordinate related HR projects.
• Participate in employee adaptation and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar recruitment or talent‑management position.
