Team Manager – Gaming Operations

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead its Game Presenter and Shuffler teams in Batumi, Georgia. You will be responsible for coaching staff, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a collaborative environment within our fast‑growing iGaming business.

Key responsibilities

• Coach team members to achieve goals and develop necessary skills.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses, delegate tasks appropriately, and set clear team objectives.
• Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and resolve conflicts.
• Organise team initiatives, meetings, and maintain clear communication of documents.
• Supervise and assess the performance of Game Presenters and Shufflers.
• Distribute updates, manage re‑training assignments, and adjust table rotation.
• Lead pre‑shift meetings and ensure operational readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the gaming industry (advantageous).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using project‑management tools.
