QA/QC and Quantity Surveying Professionals – Infrastructure Projects

About the role
SMEC, a member of the Surbana Jurong Group, is seeking experienced QA/QC and Quantity Surveying professionals to support quality systems, measurement, and commercial processes on a major roads, highways, tunnels, and bridge infrastructure project.
Key responsibilities
- Implement QA/QC systems and procedures in line with project requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage measurement, valuations, and payment certifications.
- Monitor cost and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8‑10+ years of experience in QA/QC or quantity surveying on infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience with FIDIC contracts preferred.
Required skills
- Implementation of QA/QC systems.
- Quantity surveying techniques and cost control.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contract standards.
