Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Product Engineer you will turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software, working closely with founders, designers and property managers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand property‑manager workflows, identify friction points and define high‑impact problems to solve.
• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, integrations and deployment pipelines.
• Create user‑friendly interfaces that simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop AI‑powered features using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing support.
• Implement reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.
• Measure product impact through user feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to engage directly with customers.
• Comfort with ambiguous problems and delivering practical solutions.
• Self‑starter who can own outcomes and work independently.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
