Part‑time Marketing Assistant (AI‑focused)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Marketing Assistant to keep our AI‑driven learning platform’s content fresh and accurate. Working remotely, you will support the brand and marketing team by updating blog posts, fixing small page errors and coordinating the assets needed for new articles.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh 10‑20 published blog articles each month using Claude or a similar AI writer, updating facts, structure, links and images.
• Make minor edits on live website pages such as dates, prices or broken links.
• Gather and upload missing assets (quotes, photos, invoices) and ensure they are recorded in the internal billing system.
• Maintain the team’s change log and keep the Jira board up‑to‑date.
• Identify repeatable tasks, define their cadence and help implement automation workflows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Claude or a comparable generative‑AI tool in a production environment.
• Junior‑level project‑management ability to juggle multiple small tasks without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail to spot incorrect numbers, dead links or formatting issues.
• Proficient English (B2+) for reviewing AI‑generated copy.
• Comfortable working with repositories and trackers such as GitHub, Jira, Notion, WordPress and Figma.
