Senior CRM Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead data‑driven retention and loyalty initiatives across its global social entertainment platforms. You will own high‑value CRM projects, work with cross‑functional teams, and launch experiments that boost ARPPU and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses from analytical data, customer journey maps, and key business metrics.
• Create business specifications with measurable impact.
• Design and launch experiments using email, push, SMS, in‑app pop‑ups, banners, and chat channels.
• Analyze experiment results and iterate on strategies.
• Own initiatives aimed at retaining high‑ARPPU clients and preventing churn.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and data analysts.
• Propose process improvements, new channels, and innovative mechanics to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience with CRM/CDP systems and a solid understanding of CRM metrics (open rate, click‑through rate, retention, churn, etc.).
• Strong grasp of key business metrics such as revenue, ARPPU, LTV.
• Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable hypotheses.
