Senior Google Ads Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

TripleTen is looking for a data‑driven Senior Google Ads Manager to lead paid‑search acquisition for its tech education programs in the US. The role is part‑time and fully remote, reporting to the Marketing Lead and responsible for scaling high‑budget campaigns and optimizing the enrollment funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑channel P&L for Google Ads Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping formats.
• Design and manage value‑based bidding, tROAS/tCPA, portfolio strategies and budget pacing at scale.
• Implement offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, server‑side tagging and CRM feedback loops.
• Conduct geo‑expansion research, localization QA and manage market‑specific landing pages.
• Run measurement frameworks including geo‑lift tests, holdouts and MMM inputs.
• Oversee creative testing, RSA asset management and continuous landing‑page CRO roadmap.
• Develop competitive strategies such as brand defense, conquesting and auction insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of paid‑search experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven track record managing $100K+ monthly budgets across multiple regions and languages.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to design statistically sound tests and interpret lift versus correlation.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in a distributed remote team.
