Partnerships Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Partnerships Specialist to strengthen Wolt’s market position by creating and managing commercial partnerships. You will work cross‑functionally to drive revenue, increase brand awareness and expand our customer base across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Systematically manage the pipeline of new potential partnerships and build relationships with identified merchants, tailoring the approach to position Wolt as a partner of choice.
• Participate in partner projects based on agreed strategies, identifying risks and necessary changes.
• Support administrative projects related to partnership initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of competition and market verticals.
• Assist other departments with foundations needed to move partnership plans forward and meet deadlines.
• Maintain and continuously develop existing partnerships by increasing activities that support strategic goals.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building ability and a proactive “hunter” mindset.
• Consultative sales approach with the capacity to tailor offerings to specific partners.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical skills for translating data into actions and producing relevant KPIs.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced setting with strong prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Negotiation experience.
• Fluency in Georgian and English.
