About the role

The company is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead B2B leasing sales for a fast‑growing leasing firm established in 2023. The role involves acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing long‑term partnerships, and coordinating leasing credit projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new corporate (B2B) clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing corporate accounts.
• Conduct negotiations, present leasing products, prepare customized offers and close sales.
• Analyze client needs, organise the leasing credit process and coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Manage client portfolio, including after‑sales service.
• Assess financial requirements and propose appropriate leasing solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing departments.
• Expand the sales network through supplier partnerships.
• Coordinate and resolve ongoing issues related to clients and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in finance, corporate sales or a similar position.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in Georgian.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday 10:00‑19:00) with one remote day per week.
• Salary of 2,000 GEL plus a 1,500 GEL performance bonus.
