Outreach Director

About the role

AdGeeks International is seeking an Outreach Director to own and develop its global email and LinkedIn outreach strategy, turning outbound activity into a steady stream of qualified leads and business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑step outreach campaigns in HubSpot, targeting agencies, brands, resellers, ad‑tech firms and potential partners.
• Research new markets and decision‑makers, build prospect lists, and continuously optimise messaging to improve open, reply and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of International Sales to convert outreach into qualified pipeline and track key metrics such as meetings booked and pipeline generated.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation or growth.
• Proven ability to craft high‑converting cold email and LinkedIn sequences and generate real conversations.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication with international decision‑makers.
• Self‑driven, analytical and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• HubSpot or similar modern CRM and outreach tools.
• Strong prospect research and personalization techniques.
• Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach platforms.
