Integration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Integration Specialist to lead ERP integration projects for our fintech customers. You will work closely with internal product and engineering teams as well as client stakeholders to ensure seamless configuration, testing and deployment of our finance automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end integration projects for customers using ERP solutions such as Netsuite, Intacct and QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather requirements, resolve integration challenges and manage timelines.
• Configure, test and validate ERP integrations to meet customer specifications.
• Provide end‑user training, post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Document processes and contribute to scalable integration playbooks.
• Work with Product and Engineering to feed back technical insights for product enhancements.
• Use Slack, JIRA and Confluence for communication, task tracking and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Solid experience in integrating and configuring ERP systems for customer‑facing projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills for training and support.
