Hotel Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Hotel Sales Manager to lead revenue generation across corporate, MICE, tour operator, leisure and OTA segments for a 103‑room select‑service property in the heart of Tbilisi. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on account development to support the hotel’s growth and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial sales plan with quarterly revenue targets for each market segment.
• Prospect, negotiate and secure corporate accounts, group bookings and rate agreements through outreach, site inspections and RFP responses.
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators and travel trade, focusing on CIS feeder markets and European leisure.
• Collaborate with Reservations and Revenue Management to optimise channel mix, OTA performance and rate parity.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports, pipeline analysis and segment performance reviews for the General Manager.
• Manage the hotel’s presence on B2B platforms, maintain CRM data and respond to RFPs.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and STR data, translating insights into commercial strategies.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution of group and corporate programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international brand.
• Proven ability to build a client base, close negotiated rate deals and manage group/MICE business from inquiry to execution.
• Strong knowledge of OTA dynamics and revenue management principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
