About the role
Join the hotel team to brighten guests' days by delivering memorable food and beverage experiences. As a Guest Services Agent in F&B, you will combine attentive service with the warmth of hospitality to ensure every stay is exceptional.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their meal experience.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain the food service station stocked, clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to protect guests and team members.
