Head of Sales

About the role

Novotel Tbilisi Center, part of the internationally recognized Accor Group, is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join our team. The Head of Sales will develop and execute the hotel’s sales strategy to maximise revenue, occupancy and market share while leading the sales team and building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and event organisers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales, revenue and financial strategies, budgets, forecasts and action plans.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Group and Government segments.
• Drive revenue across Corporate, MICE, Leisure and High‑End segments.
• Maintain a strong network of existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and pricing strategy.
• Analyse market trends, competitor performance and pricing strategies.
• Lead, mentor and manage the Sales team.
• Prepare and present sales offers, presentations, contracts and business correspondence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality sales channels and distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve business targets.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Georgian; additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
