Head of Product

About the role

Scrambly is seeking a Head of Product to define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of its entire product portfolio. You will be the first product leader, responsible for shaping product direction, prioritising initiatives and delivering measurable growth, retention and monetisation outcomes for millions of global users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term product vision and strategy, translating company goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead continuous product discovery, using research, interviews and data to uncover user needs and market opportunities.
• Own experimentation (A/B tests, feature flags) and data‑driven decision making, ensuring learnings shape the roadmap.
• Prioritise initiatives, manage the product backlog and align cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, data, monetisation) around shared priorities.
• Build and scale the product function over time, hiring and mentoring future product managers.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic bets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product strategy and execution for consumer‑facing digital products.
• Strong track record of translating user insights and data into high‑impact product decisions.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to work closely with engineering, design and data teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit suited to a fast‑growing, bootstrapped startup environment.
