About the role
We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to work on our Care Management HIP application. The role involves hands‑on analysis, configuration, and supporting production issues. A strong background in healthcare IT and backend development is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance the Care Management HIP application to meet functional requirements.
- Perform configuration and customization tasks based on business needs.
- Participate in production support triage, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years and maximum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent.
Required skills
- SQL Server for database management.
- Java programming for backend development.
- Data analysis to interpret healthcare data.
- Backend development and integration skills.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and care management domains.
