About the role
Social Boost, a leading Instagram marketing agency, is looking for a Growth Manager to lead and optimise all active marketing processes across Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for boosting account visibility, managing community interactions, and coordinating internal communications.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily marketing activities such as following/unfollowing, commenting, and direct messaging on Instagram and TikTok.
- Increase account awareness and engagement across social platforms.
- Publish, manage and coordinate information on the company website.
- Control and monitor the internal communication channel.
Required profile
- Higher education degree or currently enrolled in a relevant programme.
- Proficient English reading, writing and thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of office software applications.

- Microsoft Office
What we offer
- Salary of $400 NET per month for the first three months, increasing to $580 NET from month four.
- Performance‑based bonus system starting from the second month.
- Full training (2‑day program) and health insurance.
