Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing

About the role

Scrambly is seeking a Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing to own retention, CRM, lifecycle communications and LiveOps across all its apps and geographies. You will transform a large, fast‑moving campaign estate into a clean, measured, always‑on engine that drives incremental revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle engine (retention, CRM, communications, LiveOps) for every app and market, building and leading a distributed team (US, UK, CA, FR).
• Scale LiveOps revenue to seven‑figure monthly levels within the first year, ensuring all growth is attributable.
• Map, clean and measure the existing campaign estate, eliminating non‑performing assets.
• Run a relentless testing program: up to 15+ A/B tests weekly plus additional retargeting experiments.
• Develop an evergreen LiveOps calendar with continuous event refreshes and re‑activation tests.
• Use Mixpanel cohorts, funnels and retention curves to set aggressive incremental targets and report results by app, geo and cohort.
• Implement AI‑native workflows using MCP/Claude and Customer.io automation, including predictive models that recommend the next best message per user.
• Act as an owner of the revenue line, identifying gaps and closing them without hand‑holding.

Required profile

• Data‑driven growth hacker with a strong bias for action.
• Hands‑on leader comfortable building and scaling teams across multiple regions.
• Track record of scaling lifecycle or retention programs to significant revenue milestones.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, startup environments and leveraging AI tools.
