German Speaking B2B Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced German‑speaking B2B Sales Trainer to join our international customer‑experience company in Tbilisi. You will move beyond frontline sales to design, deliver and coach comprehensive sales training programs for B2B teams, turning performance data into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding and client‑specific sales training for new hires.
• Conduct 1‑on‑1 and group coaching sessions to boost conversion rates.
• Analyse sales KPI data to identify coaching gaps and design targeted development plans.
• Create practical sales methodologies, best‑practice guides and motivational initiatives.
• Monitor training quality, measure post‑training impact and run refresher workshops.
• Collaborate with internal managers and external clients to continuously improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Advanced German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Proven B2B sales and customer‑service experience with a track record in sales coaching or training.
• Strong knowledge of sales funnels, pitch strategies and performance coaching techniques.
• Detail‑oriented analytical ability to translate performance data into structured coaching plans.
• Comfortable working full‑time (40 h/week) on‑site within operational hours 09:00‑21:00 (GE Time).

• Base salary 3,300‑3,500 GEL gross per month plus monthly performance bonus up to 800 GEL.
