About the role
TechCo is looking for a Sales and Service Specialist to join its Selphi mobile store in Marneuli. You will be the face of the brand, delivering high‑quality service, informing customers about products and services, and helping turn ideas into real results.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality service to customers visiting the Selphi mobile store.
- Inform and recommend the company’s products and services, tailoring offers to customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets according to the set plan.
- Use sales support systems efficiently.
- Perform cash operations accurately and responsibly.
Required profile
- Higher education degree or currently a student.
- Fluent Georgian and conversational English.
- Experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organised, communicative and able to work independently.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
