Dynamics 365 Administrator – CRM & Power Platform

About the role

The Dynamics365 Administrator will configure, maintain and optimise LATICRETE’s Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. The role supports CRM customisation, Power Platform integrations and PowerBI visualisation, collaborating with developers and cross‑functional teams to align the system with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and improve Power Pages/Power Apps portals.
• Customise entities, workflows, forms and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions and security settings, and monitor system performance.
• Develop integrations and automations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Support data integration between Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist the BI team in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM analytics.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions while adhering to change‑management processes.
