AI‑First QA Lead – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer who will own the reliability of an AI‑first product that handles real‑money transactions. The role is fully remote and focuses on building testing processes for code generated primarily by AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an end‑to‑end testing pipeline, including pre‑merge checks, nightly runs and production gates.
• Define a quality strategy for AI‑generated code, identifying high‑risk areas and sustainable coverage.
• Set up continuous automated UI testing across browsers and mobile devices, leveraging AI‑driven test generation.
• Evaluate, select and integrate external testing tools and services.
• Own product reliability for critical financial flows and collaborate with engineers and DevOps to embed quality.
• Use AI agents daily to create, maintain and evolve tests and testing tooling.

Required profile

• Proven experience building testing processes for large, complex, high‑reliability products (QA Architect, senior SDET, or similar).
• Strong engineering background with understanding of system architecture, backend services, CI/CD and deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) and genuine interest in AI‑first development.
• High autonomy, ability to solve loosely defined problems and deliver solutions without detailed specs.
• Fluent Russian language skills.
