About the role
The Bank of Georgia is looking for a Remote SOLO Sales and Service Manager to drive sales of its SOLO product suite and ensure high‑quality customer service. This position operates remotely while supporting office‑based processes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct active telephone communication with existing and potential customers to promote SOLO packages (SOLOX, SOLO Premium, SOLO Club).
- Process leads generated from online channels and forward them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Engage in retention‑focused conversations and propose alternative packages as needed.
- Identify customer needs and share tailored solutions.
Required profile
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a willingness to help.
- Effective communication and persuasion abilities.
- Capability to manage problem situations and refer them correctly.
- Mission‑focused and results‑driven attitude.
Required skills
- Higher education (preferred).
- Minimum two years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in English and/or Russian.
