About the role
Join the Retail Branch Management Department of Georgia's leading bank as a Digital Services Officer. You will work in a service centre, assisting customers through remote channels and promoting the bank's digital products.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and consult customers who arrive at the service centre, handling operations via remote channels.
- Introduce and activate the bank’s digital products for customers.
- Manage customer queues and redirect requests efficiently.
- Provide information about bank processes and products.
Required profile
- Student in the 3rd or 4th year of study, recent graduate, or someone starting a career.
- Active with strong communication abilities.
- Enjoy meeting new people and helping them.
- Motivated to learn about the banking sector and develop a career at Georgia Bank.
