About the role

Join the Retail Branch Management Department of Georgia's leading bank as a Digital Services Officer. You will work in a service centre, assisting customers through remote channels and promoting the bank's digital products.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and consult customers who arrive at the service centre, handling operations via remote channels.
Introduce and activate the bank’s digital products for customers.
Manage customer queues and redirect requests efficiently.
Provide information about bank processes and products.

Required profile

Student in the 3rd or 4th year of study, recent graduate, or someone starting a career.
Active with strong communication abilities.
Enjoy meeting new people and helping them.
Motivated to learn about the banking sector and develop a career at Georgia Bank.

Full‑time schedule with a fixed salary of 700 GEL plus a monthly performance bonus.
